Hello everyone!
Back again after a little break....been enjoying the sunshine far too much!
I have been Playing with "beach" themed products from Scrap FX.
Enough prattle lets get on with a peek of the playthings!!
First, feist your eyes on these coral inspired chippies:
I have used these on the LO below with a generous sprinkling of embossing powder! If you look carefully you may be able to notice that 2 of the corals also come in white paper, I have coloured it here to suit the page, just adds a lovely layer to a cluster of goodies!
This coral piece is one of the pair (coral C) and I have combined it with one of the shell pack pieces from the existing range. |
And here is the finished page:
Both worked a treat and did not warp as much as card stock would with the 2.4 coping slightly better with all the mediums I tend to use. I really recommend using the thick board it was fun throwing stuff at it without the worry of warp factor!
I used Coral B on this one and the random dots stencil with a midi and word set title. |
See what I mean about a few mediums on the background? Really tested out the board!
Texture paste, ink, paint, embossing powder mesh and micro beads a plenty!
So thats about it for me today, be sure to check back to the Scrap FX blog to see more inspiration and dazzling work from the DT!!
I love it!
