Yes my mini Banner obsession continues!

My next Layout has my niece as the star!
Once I saw this Grungy Wing Stencil, I knew exactly what I wanted to do.

Just do a flip and you have a perfect pair!
I used texture paste to create my wings here.

Here are a few closer shots:

The Micro Cogs, cogs and flourishes worked so well together to create depth to the "wings".

I used the Random Dots Stencil with texture paste to create some "movement" on the page.

I really got my pink Mojo going on here, something very rare!

PicMonkey Collage

I do love how this one turned out!
Well I am done for now I will be back as the other projects I have in mind take shape, but for now it's bye bye!

Pages Just for FUN!

Hi All,
Just showing a few pics of pages I created just for fun, as I found myself with some unheard of spare time!
The first features my big 'fella Kodey all dressed up for his Senior Formal, but do you think I could get a nice shot of him? I guess the excitement of the occasion got to him, well that's one excuse anyway....just down right uncooperative that's more like him!!!
Anyways here is the page:

A few Scrap FX goodies in this one including not only chippies but the hash stencil also!

I thought this one was going very badly, as the red I picked was turning a shade of pink before my eyes....not a good thing for my teen! So adding the yellow/gold toned that down to my relief!

Now on to the next one featuring my Niece Brayden:

I used the new Large Love Circle Frame, Heart Confetti Stencil, Months of the Year, 2014 on this one and an old fave the Paris Alphabet, all from Scrap FX.

So that's about it for me for now I have had fun!
Thanks for dropping by, and remember, do more of what makes you HAPPY!

This time using these awesome background stamps.

These are just fabulous to use just ink up once and stamp away for lots of background goodness.
The teeny circles are from this Build a flower stamp I actually cut mine into individual stamps for easy use.

Here is the page featuring my little brothers' family who live in the USA, miss them all to bits!

I used Lindys Stamp Gang sprays for the colour and some pigment ink pads with the stamps.
The embossed title is a new mini wordlet, just love the square shape of these:

Once again used a teeny banner combined with the 2014 pack.
The banner I painted black and outlined with a white paint marker...so easy!

The Mica Flakes and Glitter I added to finish off the page, I used gel medium to adhere them to the page they seem to stay put!

I embossed the 2014 and the smallest of the Lots of Love Hearts (another chippy I just cannot get enough of!)
Lots of Love

So once again that is all from me, till next time, do more of what makes you happy!

Playing with ScrapFX!

Hi everyone,
just thought I would share a page I created for ScrapFX using the new releases for the month. My favourites this month would have to be these too cute  mini banners, months of the year, days of the month and finally the 2014s in different fonts.
They all combine so well together, I am so sure I will be turning to them again and again because look how awesome they look on a page!

I have also used this fabulously crazy circle embellishment, that looked a little like wire once I treated it with embossing powders.
Crazy Circles

This is a cute mini wordlet that I used with the same embossing powder as the crazy circles.

Did a little more stamping with some Kaiser and Glitz stamps and went crazy with a pencil and sequins.

Used the number collage stamp and rediscovered the old Make a Flower Stamp to create the background. The texture was done with the hash stencil and molding paste.

So that is it from me for now. Will be back with my other page shortly!
Check out all the new stuff for the month here at Scrap FX.
Till next time, I hope I have shown how cool these new products are, and inspired you to create!

Lindys Stamp Gang October Colour Challenge

Phew!! Just finished in time to pop it in the October Colour Challenge at Lindy's Stamp Gang! Here is the Scheme:

Pretty cool colours I say!
Here is what developed:

The Lindys products I used were:

I used embossing Powders on the Chipboard pieces and the background:

The Chippies are from Scrap FX and the patterned paper is from Fancy Pants.

I used the new Background Stamps from Scrap Fx to create the embossed background and the Crackle roller Stamp from Clear snaps also came into play because.... well....it was on my desk!

Love those new mini banners and months, I can see myself reaching for them again and again!

Well I guess that is it from me for now!
Till next time, thanks for dropping by all!
